When you submit a business to InTheRing, we collect the information you provide in the submission form: business name, website URL, contact email, phone number, location, category, description, and any other details you include.
If you choose the priority review option, payment is processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe’s privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
We also collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, referral source, browser type) through privacy-respecting analytics tools.
How We Use Your Information
Your submitted business information is used to create and display your public business profile on InTheRing.org. Your contact email is used to communicate with you about your submission status and any questions about your listing.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Public Profiles
Business profiles published on InTheRing are publicly visible. The information you submit — including business name, description, category, location, website, and contact details — will be accessible to anyone visiting the site. Do not submit information you do not want to be public.
Data Retention
Your business listing remains on InTheRing as long as the directory is active. You can request removal of your listing at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Cookies
InTheRing uses minimal cookies necessary for site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Cloudflare for hosting, DNS, and CDN services
- Stripe for payment processing (priority review only)
- Email services for submission notifications
